You can easily change the font color in the cells you have selected, by adding a command button to change the color every time you press the button. Pressing it multiple times enables you to cycle through the colors to select the one you want.
You need to add the "Cycle Font Colors" button; here's how:
- Click the Office button, then Excel Options.
- Click on the Customize option on the left side of the dialog box.
- From the Choose Commands From drop down list, choose All Commands.
- In the list of commands, select Cycle Font Color, and click on the Add button.
- Click OK. The command is now accessible from the Quick Access toolbar above the ribbons and to the right of the Office button.
Now whenever you click on that tool button, the color of the font in the cells you have selected will change. Click again, the color changes again; click enough times, and the colors will start repeating.
