If you don't see a Get Started tab in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (not available for Access), that means they failed to install due to your computer missing the .NET 2.0 framework file. To fix:
1. Go to V:\CoreApps\MSO_2007\package\generic\add-ons and install dotnetfx.exe (the .NET 2.0 framework).
2. Then install the service pack NetFx20SP1_x86.exe from the same folder.
3. Finally, install the individual Get Started tab files from the same folder.

| Susan, will the .Net framework be pushed out to our endusers, or will we have to install individually when the rollout time comes?

| The .NET framework is part of the build and will be installed in the proper order.
