There are going to be a number of new email terms we'll have to adjust to. Here are just a few I've been learning.

CHANGING TERMINOLOGY:
GW: Personal/Public Group = MSO: Distribution List
GW: Address Book = MSO: Contacts
GW: Retracting Messages = MSO: Recalling Messages
GW: Carbon Copy or CC = MSO: Courtesy Copy or CC
GW: QuickView = MSO: Preview Pane
GW: Notify = MSO: Desktop Alert
GW: Find = MSO: Instant Search
GW: Discussion Thread = MSO: Message Groups
GW: Send Appointment = MSO: Sent Appointment Request
GW: Proxy = MSO: Delegate Permissions
GW: Busy Search = MSO: Group Schedules
GW: Vacation Message = MSO: Out of Office Auto-Reply
