I dont seem to be recieving emails from outside of OHSU, is anyone else expierancing this?

Are you newly converted to Outlook?

There should not be a problem getting mail from the Internet Mail Gateway.

If they are not ending up in junk then it's possible there is an issue with your account.

Here are some ways to verify you're not getting mail via the Internet Mail Gateway.

1. Send yourself an email message using your full email address, e.g. joesmith@ohsu.edu
2. Create or use an existing free Internet mail account (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc...) and send yourself an email.

In some cases I have seen lengthy delays in getting external mail, but not complete failures.

If you still fail to get any external mail, I suggest you report it to the Help Desk so they can pass it on for correction.
