If you use a smartphone or Pocket PC device, it is super simple to set up Activesync on your device to get your email, calendar, tasks and contacts on your device. Here are the instructions I used to setup my Motorola Q phone:

Just remember, this will use a lot of data, so if you don't have an unlimited data plan, you'll be shelling out a lot on your cell phone bill!
