How will our groupwise address books be preserved? will we be able to preserve our frequent contacts book? if not how can we import it into a useable format.

| I discovered that if you change the extender of an exported address book to .txt you can import the address book into Excel.

| All GroupWise address books will be migrated into Outlook by the migration tool so there is no need to convert GroupWise address books into Excel and then import them back into Outlook.

|
|
I'm seeing a 2nd email address option when sending to people who've already transitioned (and I haven't). I've heard that this p01.exchange type address is what will be used by Outlook, rather than the more typical @ohsu.edu.
My addressbooks are filled with the oldstyle email addresses. Will that matter? Will they still work? or will they get converted if they end in "@ohsu.edu" ?
Thanks,
Adam
