I suppose that Mac Mail & iCal will not be sufficient to use in place of Entourage - is that correct?

iCal doesn't have exchange support (at least not in 10.5, 10.6 is supposedly going to have full exchange support that is around a year off). I don't think ohsu has a caldav server setup either.

Mail and Address Book will work fine, though.
