As a PowerPoint presenter, have you ever wanted your laptop or tablet to show a different view from the one the audience was seeing? The Presenter View will do just that for you. As a presenter, you'll see:
- The slide your audience sees
- Your notes
- Your previous slides and upcoming slides
- Notes zooming capabilities
- Slide # of # indicator
- Time of day
- Time elapsed since you started presenting

This feature has been around for a while, but the setup was very technical for the PC side. Not so for Mac Office users, and they have been using this feature for years. With PowerPoint 2007, the Presenter View is much easier to set up for PC users. Yay!

Coming soon: A 5-minute online tutorial on how to setup and use.

Susan -

I've been looking for functinality like this since I started doing training. I'm not so adept at changing paper note pages, clicking slides forward, talking, and reading the audience all at the same time. I look forward to the upcoming tutorial.
