If you don't see a Get Started tab in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (not available for Access), that means they failed to install due to your computer missing the .NET 2.0 framework file. To fix:

1. Go to V:\CoreApps\MSO_2007\package\generic\add-ons and install dotnetfx.exe (the .NET 2.0 framework).

2. Then install the service pack NetFx20SP1_x86.exe from the same folder.

3. Finally, install the individual Get Started tab files from the same folder.

Susan, will the .Net framework be pushed out to our endusers, or will we have to install individually when the rollout time comes?

The .NET framework is part of the build and will be installed in the proper order.
