Is there a way for an Exec Asst to view their personal email and their Executive's email on the same screen.
Can you also view the appointment detail on your calendar and your email on the same screen.

Yes this is possible, on both accounts.
Once the Exec Admin has rights to the Execs information (see post "Sharing Folders In Outlook"
The Admin would then add the Execs account to their own. Both accounts show up in the Navigation pane, but in separate account folders.
Once the account is shared and accessed, checking off the Execs calendar (from the Calendar Navigation Pane) the Admin will see both calendars on the same screen.
The Admin could then right-click any item in the Exec account and choose Open in new window, if they want to separate it physically on the screen.
